System build brief · build from scratch

A deal machine for hundreds of business buyers.

We're a done-for-you service that helps clients buy businesses — an agency with hundreds of clients, each after a different business in a different place. This is the full picture of what to build, from zero. It's the what and why; you choose the how. No credentials here — those are shared privately.

The one principle that shapes everything

Build it multi-tenant from day one: one engine, hundreds of clients. Each client is a configuration — their criteria + their own Gmail + their pipeline — never a separate build. Onboarding a client means filling a config, not writing code.

The architecture at a glance

One engine serving every client. Data flows top to bottom; the same pipeline runs for all.

System architecture — six layers from client setup down to dashboards Multi-tenant pipeline: Clients (criteria, Gmail, marketplace accounts) feed Source & Submit, then the Inbox, which the AI desk acts on, producing outcomes (introduce or offer), all surfaced in dashboards. The client journey

What we build, end to end, for every client. Blue = automated; amber = a decision point.

1

Client gives criteria + a Gmail

Criteria = industries, locations, max price, min revenue, min cash flow (SDE). The Gmail is theirs; we operate it for them.

2

Create marketplace accounts

A BizBuySell account plus the other marketplaces we use. Automate this if possible; if not, create them manually — but the goal is to automate everything.

3

Match deals + auto-fill forms

Pull listings that match the client's criteria and submit the listing's contact form. Also find the broker's email (and login where possible).

4

Reach the broker

Submit the form and email the broker. (Email only for now — ignore LinkedIn.)

5

Broker replies → unified inbox

Replies land in the client's Gmail. We need one unified inbox across all clients — each has a separate Gmail, all seen and sent from in one place.

6

AI desk runs the conversation

Replies, follows up, qualifies. Handles the NDA — sign it first — then reads the numbers and runs the CIM analysis to a YES/NO.

7

Outcome — introduce or offer

On a good deal, either introduce the client to the broker (book the call), or make an offer once the client has approved the deal.

What the client and the agency see

Dashboards instead of end-of-day reports.

Per-client view

Each client can access their email inbox and a pipeline dashboard of the work we've done — deals found, applied, CIMs in, NDAs, introductions, offers.

Agency master view

One dashboard for our team across all clients at a glance.
